Hello! We are TRAVEL4LEARNING. For more than 40 years — since 1986 — our family has been organising educational travel programmes and study stays in Spain for international students. What started as a family passion is today T4L, a licensed Spanish travel agency built on that same experience.

Everything we do revolves around the student. Our goal is to ensure that every stay in Spain becomes much more than a language program. We strive to create a life-changing experience, one that students will remember for years to come and that will inspire them both personally and academically.

Your Complete
Spanish partner

School trips and language immersion. For Spanish teachers travelling with their own classes, language academies and student travel agencies. Three nights or three weeks, any time of year, no EU funding required. You tell us what your students need to learn; we design and run the programme in Spain end to end.

Erasmus+ school mobility. For schools running KA1 group or individual pupil mobility. Under the 2026 Programme Guide, group activities must be designed with a partner school in the hosting country. We identify and confirm that Spanish partner school, and act as your supporting organisation for everything around it: host families, local coordination, safeguarding and communication with your school throughout.

Erasmus+ VET mobility and work placements. For VET centres and sending organisations placing learners in Spanish companies. We source and vet host companies matched to each vocational field, assign a workplace mentor, and our own staff lead the structured part of the stay: induction, thematic workshops, mentoring, monitoring and final evaluation — in line with the 2026 requirement that hosting organisations’ staff take the lead role. Your learning agreements name the company that actually delivers the placement; we supervise it and answer for it.

An independent Spanish partner. The Programme Guide 2026 states that a sending organisation’s subsidiaries or related entities cannot act as hosting organisations where the transnational requirement is not met. T4L Northern Spain SL is a fully independent Spanish company with no corporate link to any sending organisation.

Licensed Spanish travel agency, CICAV 39106. Registered in the Erasmus+ Organisation Registration System, OID E10438841 (National Agency certification). LOPIVI child-protection framework, required under Spanish law for any organisation in regular contact with minors.

Is Travel 4 Learning an officially verified Erasmus+ organisation?

Yes. Travel 4 Learning (T4L Northern Spain SL) has been officially verified in the European Erasmus+ organisation system and is registered under Organisation ID E10438841. We provide local services in Spain for schools and educational organisations involved in international mobility programmes, including accommodation, educational and cultural activities, work placements and on-the-ground coordination.

What is T4L and what do you do?

T4L Northern Spain is a B2B wholesale travel agency specialising in language and cultural immersion programmes in Spain for organised school groups. We work with schools, organisations and partners that send their students.

Which destinations do you work in?

Santander, Bilbao, Barcelona, Valencia, Mallorca, Granada, Seville, Toledo, Madrid, Alcalá de Henares, Salamanca, Asturias, Córdoba, Getxo, Mungia and Castelldefels, the destinations where T4L currently has host families.

What does the programme include?

Accommodation with a host family with breakfast, dinner and a daily picnic, and the programme activities organised by T4L. Depending on the programme, it may also include transfers, local transport, an arrival city tour, orientation sessions, excursions, workshops, Spanish classes taught by a partner centre, work-placement days, T4L coordination and a certificate of participation. Only what appears in the accepted quotation is included.

What is not included?

Flights and international transport, travel insurance (assistance, medical expenses, liability and cancellation), taxes, visas, meals not listed in the contracted board, and personal expenses. These are arranged by the client or the organisation sending the group.

How do I request a quotation?

Through the group details form (dates, destination, number of students and accompanying adults, needs). Write to incoming@travel4learning.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deadlines are counted in calendar days up to the arrival date, and every cancellation must be notified in writing. Scale in the General Conditions:

  • 11 days or more before arrival: no charge.
  • 10 to 3 days: 50% of the participant’s price (or 50% of the total price if the whole group cancels).
  • 2 days or less, or no-show: 100%.

In all cases, the Client also pays, against proof, the non-recoverable third-party costs already contracted (activities, tickets, transport, classes or others).

Can we cancel without penalty for force majeure?

Yes, if there are unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or on the way that significantly affect the trip. The Client may terminate the contract without penalty and T4L refunds what has been paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Illness, the death of relatives and academic, work or personal reasons of a participant do not exempt from the penalty.

Can T4L cancel the trip?

Only if the minimum number of participants in the quotation is not reached, giving 20 days’ notice (trips of more than 6 days), 7 days (2 to 6 days) or 48 hours (less than 2 days), with a full refund and no compensation. Also for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, with a full refund.

Who is responsible if an external supplier is involved?

T4L remains responsible to the Client for the proper delivery of the included services. Academies and training centres are responsible for the teaching and the certificates they issue.

How are personal data and images handled?

T4L processes data as data controller to perform the contract and only shares with each family what is necessary for coexistence and the student’s safety. Images are used to document the programme; promotional use requires express, separate authorisation.

How do I submit a complaint?

In writing to incoming@travel4learning.com, within 30 days after the end of the trip. T4L acknowledges receipt within 5 working days and responds within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If there is a lack of conformity during the stay, the accompanying adult must notify T4L immediately so it can be put right.
