HOW WE RUN SCHOOL MOBILITY

From application to arrival

Travel4Learning acts as the supporting organisation and Spanish partner for Erasmus+ School Education mobility projects hosted in Spain. Under the 2026 Programme Guide, group mobility must be designed and delivered in cooperation with a partner school in the hosting country: we identify and confirm that Spanish host school for you, and take responsibility for everything around it — host families, accommodation, local coordination, safeguarding and day-to-day communication with your school for the entire stay.

T4L is registered in the Erasmus+ Organisation Registration System under OID E10438841 (National Agency certification).

2–30 days
School group mobility
Minimum 2 learners. Teachers from the sending school must accompany the pupils for the entire activity and guide their learning (Programme Guide 2026).
10–29 days
School individual mobility — short-term
Individual mobility.
30–365 days
School individual mobility — long-term
Individual mobility. Preparation and language support required.
Partner school matching
The host school your project needs
We identify and confirm a suitable Spanish host school for your project, agree the joint learning activities with both schools, and put the partnership in writing before the group travels.
Accommodation & local support
Host families, residences or hotels
Selected and visited by our local team, with a dedicated point of contact for the sending school throughout the stay.
