Erasmus+ VET Mobility in Spain

Your hosting and receiving partner for VET mobility in Spain

HOW WE RUN VET MOBILITY

Placements that match the profile

Since 2026, the Erasmus+ Programme Guide is explicit: “All learner and staff mobility activities must be hosted at an organisation abroad, with hosting organisations’ staff in the lead role.” A host that only provides a room no longer meets the standard. Your mobility needs a partner in Spain whose own people run the programme.

We lead the learning programme ourselves. Our own staff deliver and own the structured part of every mobility: arrival induction and safety briefing, intercultural and task-related preparation, the thematic workshop programme, day-to-day mentoring, mid-stay monitoring, and the final reflection and evaluation session. A named T4L coordinator is assigned to every group before departure and is contactable for the entire stay.

We source, vet and supervise the work placements. We identify host companies and training centres matched to each participant’s vocational field, assess them, agree the placement content with you, and assign a workplace mentor at each site. The company that delivers the placement is named as host organisation in your learning agreements; you approve and co-sign every one. We then supervise delivery on the ground and report back to you throughout.

An independent Spanish entity. The 2026 Programme Guide states that a sending organisation’s subsidiaries or related entities cannot act as hosting organisations where the transnational requirement is not met. T4L Northern Spain SL is a fully independent Spanish company with no corporate link to any sending organisation.

What you get on paper: learning agreement support, with host organisations correctly identified · workplace mentor at every host site and a named T4L coordinator per group · attendance records, mid-stay monitoring reports and end-of-placement evaluation · Europass Mobility documentation support · optional Spanish language training through partner language centres (not a mandatory host component under Erasmus+).

T4L is registered in the Erasmus+ Organisation Registration System under OID E10438841 (National Agency certification).
