Your partner organisation in Spain for Erasmus+ mobility
Since 2026, the Erasmus+ Programme Guide is explicit: “All learner and staff mobility activities must be hosted at an organisation abroad, with hosting organisations’ staff in the lead role.” A host that only provides a room no longer meets the standard. Your mobility needs a partner in Spain whose own people run the programme, and who answers for the whole stay.
Erasmus+ school mobility (KA1). For schools running group or individual pupil mobility. Group activities must be designed with a partner school in the hosting country: we identify and confirm that Spanish partner school and act as your supporting organisation for everything around it — host families, local coordination, safeguarding and communication with your school throughout.
Erasmus+ VET mobility and work placements. For VET centres and sending organisations placing learners in Spanish companies. We source and vet host companies matched to each vocational field, assign a workplace mentor, and our own staff lead the structured part of the stay: induction, thematic workshops, mentoring, monitoring and final evaluation. Your learning agreements name the company that actually delivers the placement; we supervise it and answer for it.
An independent Spanish partner. The Programme Guide 2026 states that a sending organisation’s subsidiaries or related entities cannot act as hosting organisations where the transnational requirement is not met.
